I'm Doing Fine
My wife, Tsila, was diagnosed with breast cancer in October 2012, had surgery and chemotherapy. Whenever people asked her or me: “how are you?” our answer was: "I’m doing fine".
It’s a meaningless answer to a meaningless question in a very intensive and acute time. Since then, she has fully recovered and gone back to normal life and back to her real passion of running, jogging and participating in races around the country. The second part of this series exposes intimate small moments and fragments of life from a long and tedious period of struggling for full recovery. The first part was taken in February 2015 and reflects on that struggle we've been through together, on the changes that occurred and on the essentials that remained.
